 TOPIC :- Types of monitors 

Monitor :- A monitor Or display is the most common output device of the computer that provides a visual output. Monitor is also called as VDU (Virtual Display Unit)

Types of monitors :- 

1. CRT (Cathode Ray Tube) 

> CRT is the monitor technology first used in T.V sets. (सब से पहले यही टेक्नोलॉजी थी) 
> It usually uses 3 color electron gun ( red 🔴 , blue 🔵 and green 🟢) 
> Image of CRT is shown below

2. LCD (Liquid Crystal Display)

> It produces an image on flat surface display using liquid crystals 🔮
> This type of display is commonly used in Desktop computer 🖥 and in laptops / mobile devices and also used in some T.V's
> Example image of LCD is shown below

3. LED (Light Emitting Diodes)  

> A LED monitor display uses an array of light-emitting diodes as in form of pixels to display a video. 
> An example of LED display will be taken as your home 🏠 T. V
